(April 21, 2019, 3:09 pm)This is a wonderful place for a very large selection of different types of cheese including well aged Cheddar's,and if you no anything about NY it's the best state to get most any good flavored cheese but we by far hands down come with the best cheese curds around. If you time it right at the River Rat you can get it fresh cut on Mondays and Thursdays. But this family owned business is very fun and out going and respectful to any and all customers weather in for a one time visit or a regular local. Very accommodating I don't think you can go wrong if cheese is on your list.
