I don't know a hammer from a screwdriver, but that doesn't matter. Whenever I walk into Warren's I get a friendly smile, expert help, and all the advice and encouragement I need to tackle whatever project I'm working on. This is a local family owned small business and it can run circles around the bigger box stores. You won't find better dedication, teamwork and 5-star customer service anywhere. Had a caster wheel i had purchased somewhere else and needed washers and nuts for it. Went to home depot and could not find what i wanted. So i stopped here on my way home hoping i would find what i was looking for. As soon as i walked in the door i was greeted by a girl behind the counter and asked me if i needed help finding anything i held up the caster and told her what i was looking for and she grabbed the caster went to shelf and found all the parts i needed while i watched. I don't need to say anymore. Great and highly recommend. Would recommend to anyone. It is the personal customer service that matters and a lot of companies do not offer that. Those mom and pop shops are the best.

Friendly helpful staff, (not sure where these people with the bad reviews are shopping) good selection of product, reasonable prices and a lot closer than Home Depot! I never hesitate to go there.
