I have been a GI-RO customer for 30 years! I just love these folks. I am always greeted with a smile. They really never say no. They go above and beyond. They make me look much better than I can make myself look...their service is worth every penny!

I had dropped off my husband’s suits, the front counter woman was very pleasant, I usually do drop off early around 7am. Then my husband wanted the one pair of pants taken in. So I called knowing it would delay pick up. But it didn’t!! The suits were still ready by Friday and I had actually been notified Thursday that they were ready. I truly appreciate the quick turn around and attention to detail provided!

GI-RO is the best. Clothes are always right, as in great condition. Staff is the tops, alterations perfect. Order is usually completed faster than predicted, rush orders are just that. If you are in a bind, they can help.

The service here is outstanding. I've had one experience (out of many) where an article of clothing was charged differently that originally quoted—the staff quickly addressed the issue to resolve it.

Excellent services in a good price.
I get notifications of when they will be picking up my clothes (which is great) and I get my receipt also by text.
I don’t have to be worry of dropping off my clothes or shoes/purse , I just need to leave it outside my house and they will pick it up. This service is amazing !
