We bought a camper from them and starting right from the sales girl, Kelly to the owner, Kim, we were treated like royalty. The day we came in to sign papers, Kelly was there. She took us to the owner, Kim, who went over all the paperwork and made sure we understood everything. We were then sent over to Jay who told us how to care for our new camper. He answered all our questions. We were then taken over to Heather who showed us how operate the new camper. She took her time and never did we feel rushed. When we were finally ready to take the camper home, everyone, yes everyone came out to thank us and wish us good luck.
If you are thinking of going anywhere but to Mantelli’s, you will be making a big mistake. They will do whatever they can to make you happy. They have a five star reputation. And they stand up to it.

Great place to buy a camper from. They take their time to make sure you everything works on the unit before you take delivery. Also this is our 4th trailer and the only place where you can talk to the owner. I will see them on our next one.
