West Herr Nissan of Lockport

We drove an hour and 20 minutes from Rochester to check out a Toyota 4Runner we were interested in here and our salesman Scott made it worth every minute. His communication before we arrived was awesome and the truck was ready and waiting for us to test drive when we got there. We purchased the vehicle and are more than happy with it. Our whole experience at West Herr Nissan of Lockport was enjoyable and we would definitely take the drive out there again next time we need a vehicle and work with Scott and his Elite team again.

John M., a.k.a "Coach", was absolutely amazing!!! He helped me get into a new, great car, its perfect!!! He went above and beyond to get me the best deal. Same with Brian, their financial advisor. I would recommend anyone going there!! And ask for Coach! Im telling ya, you will not regret it!!!!

Had a great experience with Derek! I did a lot of research on line before deciding what I wanted. We actually drover to another West Herr dealership together to test what I thought I narrowed it down too. It wasn’t a good fit so after more searching on line I found what I wanted and he actually drove it to me so I wouldn’t miss my sons birthday party! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! A day later I left with a great used vehicle . I got the 2 features I really wanted and couldn’t be happier. Derek never pressured me and spent lots of time with me.

Scott was a great salesman! My original plan was to just take a quick look at the car I had seen online and if I liked it see if I could get it sent to Hamburg. I happened to be in Lockport for something else that day. But everyone was helpful friendly and most importantly not pushy. We decided it was worth the hour drive to Lockport to get the car.

Where do I begin? How about with Derek? Amazing! He listened to what I wanted, and worked with me to find it. Just an all around great guy! Never made me feel like I was wasting his time, stayed late so that I had all the correct information that I needed. Really wonderful experience with him.
