I would have to disagree with the review made about poor customer service. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful to me from day one. If your calling to check your balance you can alwys use the automated service!! I give the entire staff 5 Stars. For those of you who didn't pay off your Christmas Loans, shame on you. Your messing up a good thing for the rest of us faithful members!!!!!
