(May 21, 2019, 7:30 pm)Parking lot states free first couple of minutes, but charges you the full $30 dollars. This is a scam. When you call in then lie stating it is written every where but its not. If you enter in front of the visitor center you do not see any sign stating this and are force to pay or get towed. I recommend using the two free lots and walking (it a walk but at $30 for 24 hours when you are only there for 5 -10 minutes is not worth is). This makes me not want to come back to this area.

Update: after calling and complaining, the lady on the phone told me it was up to the manager. Took a while, but they did refund me the whole amount. Guess I can’t be mad any more. -
