Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo

My stay was great. No complaints. The breakfast was great. I only stayed one night passing threw town. Everything in hotel looked brand new. I think it is only a few years old.

Very clean professional everything you want with a hotel, staff super friendly. Breakfast great. Also there is so much to do around this hotel as well. I am definitely coming to stay here again .

Wonderful hotel to stay at during our vacation. Very clean and the employee's there were very nice and very thoughtful too. And it was nice to only be not even 30 minutes from Niagara Falls too.

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in the area. I wanted to give this hotel more than 3 stars, because overall it was a modern, comfortable hotel that was staffed with friendly people. However, we were frustrated by two features of the hotel that were out of the control of the staff. First, hot water was difficult to come by during the peak Saturday and Sunday morning hours. Second, the bathrooms do not have a standard door for access. There is a sliding "barn" style door that doubles as the door for the closet. When the door is closed for the bathroom, there still is a significant gap on either side of the door. This lack of privacy was disconcerting for our entire stay. I can't imagine why this was ever considered when designing this hotel.
