We had at least 2 phone calls back in 24 hrs offering possible solutions. The man we spoke with really seemed interested in helping us- although the part is unavailable he did offer free advice! If we find this part somewhere- I plan to call him to do the installation- he deserves the business from us.

Thank you All Appliance for being so fast and reliable in fixing the drain pump on my Kenmore Elite front load washer. Called them on a friday, they ordered the part and was up the following Tuesday morning to replace the pump. All Appliance was faster than Sears ever was.
