Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Bayside Bed and Breakfast. Judy and Basil were very welcoming and attentive, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. The B and B is located in a beautiful setting, the views in particular from the dining room are amazing. We can also recommend the crab dinner. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness was excellent. We would recommend this B and B to anyone.

The hosts Judy and Basel were friendly and welcoming. Their beautifully decorated home was clean, comfortable and cozy with a million dollar view of 2 bays from the dining area. Even saw whales in the bay while having breakfast and after dinner. The common room felt inviting to sit and relax and had coffee, tea and snacks available. Pleased with our bedroom and bathroom which were clean, modern and comfortable. Attention to the small details like 2 luggage stands, robes and mini fridge with carafe of artesian water and plenty of shelf space made it exceptional. So glad we selected the optional dinners as well (mussels and the snow crab with cod bites with salads). Absolutely delicious and fresh. We enjoyed this place so much that we decided we wanted to stay another night. Fortunately they had one vacancy and we could extend our stay. This allowed us to enjoy another mussel dinner and the moose pie. Judy prepared a very yummy and varied breakfast for each morning which was filling and beautifully presented. I imagine during the warmer months it would be enjoyable to sit in the back yard or deck as well. If we are fortunate enough to come back to Newfoundland, we would definitely like to stay here again. We highly recommend this B&B.

Beautiful little B&B with comfortable rooms, friendly hosts and great food. Definitely get the crab dinner - it is made on-site and is so fresh. Judy and Basil made us feel welcome and at home, even though my honey wasn't feeling well and the weather kept us indoors.
The wood fireplace was a nice touch. We just wish we had more time to spend there. Will definitely be back on our next trip out to Nfld!
