  Ordered a chicken club with a salad, sandwich was extremely salty and salad was soggy. Music was to loud we left right after eating.

  We always have a good experience at Jack Astor's. We find the staff friendly and attentive. We really enjoy the atmosphere they have created. Of course the food is terrific.

  The food was good. The service was slow despite being empty. I had a poutine which should be smothered in gravy and when it was dry and I asked for more I was told there would be a charge. For the gravy that should have been there. And an appetizer never arrived. I won't go back. Nice place but bad policies and service.
