Our room was very clean with comfy beds and eveything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were extremely helpfull in pointing us in the right direction and helping out with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the St. John's area and want to return to a quiet spot after a long day. Thank you!

(October 23, 2019, 10:32 pm)Excellent experience from the time we walked through the entrance. We were greeted by a friendly smiling face who checked us in quickly and efficiently. The room was spacious, modern, clean and extremely comfortable. The night staff was extremely curtious, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff we met were friendly. The cafe was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff at the cafe made me feel like I was the only person there. Super friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Monastery Hotel. We will definitely be going back!

With very friendly service an one of the employees that works there actually helped us out in a beautiful way???? We had left our room to go for a drive to the store, an when we arrived , I opened the door to our suite an there were rose petals an strawberry covered chocolates , An TWO bottles really nice ???? wine. So between the young man also my fiancee of course had a hand in the surprise for myself! All in all I have to say it was Perfect????
