(February 7, 2019, 7:09 pm)Experience was great. For a birthday, upgraded us our room for smaller than normal charge. Sent up free birthday snack. Parking was easy enough to get, especially in downtown area.

(January 31, 2019, 11:03 am)The staff are very friendly from the front desk to the breakfast waitress. The breakfast waitress is always cheerful and kind that I can't help but smile even that early in the morning...good way to start the day. Unfortunately the facilities are a little worn down. The washroom toilet seat is flaking, the faucet is leaking and elevator gives you that extra shake once stopped. But my unit was very clean. Because of the friendly staff and clean room my stay was a pleasant one considering.
