  I used Winsor Electric for a second job in November, 2016. The first job he did was perfect and cost what I expected to pay. The second call was to fix a ground fault interrupt in my house. He showed up on time, but didn't have the right part. He and his helper were then gone an hour to find the part and of course I got charged for that. So, I ended up paying $100 more than I should have. I never did get a bill, he maintains he emailed it to me.
  Too bad, but you just can't trust him.
  
  I want ton retract that because yes you can. I wrote this review yesterday and today, Adam and I have been in email contact today and we have resolved all issues. I have the bill and he refunded a half hour of time. I'm impressed. This is a contractor who really cares about his reputation.
  I can certainly recommend him now.

  I've had several jobs done by Winsor electric and have had a great experience. He provided fast, friendly, efficient service and the workmanship is top quality. I would definitely recommend him for your next job!

  We were impressed with Winsor Electric. They clearly look out for the clients best interest instead of their bottom line, which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a honest, hard working electrician.
