Swiss Chalet

We ate at Kelsey drive location, food was great as usual, service was quick, the waitress was wonderful. The atmosphere was ruined due to it being extremely cold in the restaurant. We had to literally eat fast and run. We would have loved to had gotten dessert but it was just to cold to stay there. We were very disappointed.

Great staff, very friendly and prompt. Clean and good food for value. Only a 4 star because it really doesn’t have any atmosphere. Feels kind of like a giant cafeteria.

Overall an excellent experience.

Our server, Nicole, was attentive but not overbearing, polite and friendly.

There was a bit of a wait for our food however this was due to two large groups which arrived just before us. Our server explained this to us in a timely manner.

Food was excellent, ribs adequately sauced and well prepared. The restaurant did run out of their new Kale Caesar salad which is understandable, especially on a Saturday night.

Another person in our party had a burger with green beans both of which they enjoyed. However, having the vegetables on the same plate as the burger caused the bottom bun to be soggy (from the water off of the beans). The presentation was nice but for the sake of the bun it may be worth it to put vegetables on a separate plate.

The atmosphere was bright and roomy. Well arranged tables not too close together yet filled the space tastefully. There could be a draft by the door at times however.

Special Note:

When I called to make a reservation the staff member who answered the phone, Courtney, was very helpful. Even though I was unsuccessful (I was informed they only make reservations for groups of 10 minimum) the staff member was patient and as accommodating as possible.

It was my first time at this location. It was very clean and very modern looking. The food was very tasty. I had a burger and a salad. Both were very tasty. I was skeptical about Kale in the Ceasar salad but it was very good. My companion had the Thai Stir Fry. The service was good too. I will come back to this location.
