    Two years ago my partner and I spoke to a good friend who had recently upgraded her phone with Wireless Wave. She said she had amazing customer service and the promotions were definitely worth looking into.

    After shopping around online and not really getting any satisfaction from those we spoke to from the service provider, we took my friend's advice and checked out Wireless Wave. There we spoke with Colin and James who set us up with brand new phones. My partner even traded in his phone and got credit to use on some gear. Both guys were very knowledgeable and helped us set up our phones and even applyed my screen protector!

    That was two years ago and I remember it as such an amazing customer experience. So much so that over the weekend we visited Wireless Wave again and were so happy to see James again to upgrade my partner's phone. He set him up with a new phone. I also decided to get a new phone but the color I wanted wasn't in stock. James advised me that he would get it in for me if I was interested with the chance it could be in within 48 hours and to get in contact with him the next day. That was yesterday; now I'm actually writing this on my new phone that James got in for me!

    With the pandemic currently happening it would have been so easy to just go online. But these guys review every thing possible and make sure you're leaving with the best deal they can provide. They go above and beyond for their customers and that's what keeps us going back.

    Not my favorite store in the Avalon mall, but it gets the job done. There might be some better places than it though. Staff is fine. Nothing over the top but nothing to bad either. 3/5

    I dealt with this Wireless Wave location to setup an installation for Rogers Ignite TV and Internet.

    I was blown away with the level of knowledge that was provided to me by James, who also is the manager.

    He was friendly and happy to demo and explain features that I or my fiancee may not be familiar with. James' first and only goal as client satisfaction as he was meticulous in his quest to find the best deal for us, which he did. He then went through what I could expect to see on my first invoice in order to avoid any type of misunderstanding on my part. At the end of our interaction, he shook my hand and told me that if there were any problems, or if I had any questions, I could give him a call or drop by the store location.

    Several months later, I am still enjoying my Rogers Ignite service. It was everything that James' had said it would be. And, on the odd occasion that I find myself in the Avalon Mall, if James is working I will stop by for a quick hello.

    I experienced absolutely outstanding customer service from admirable human beings. I came to the lads with a phone plan from hell where I was paying way too much for far too little.The wave employees explained how they were a multi-carrier selling multiple providers. They showed me how my plan was broken down and showed me how I could be eligible for a new smartphone.They lowered my monthly bill and got me the phone of my dreams. I am forever thankful and will ONLY shop from this location for phones solely based on how kind and helpful these professionals had been but it was nice to have recieved an amazing deal as well. 5 stars
