They replaced the bumper cover on my Jeep. It was a good job and everyone was professional. The work was completed in a reasonable time.i would recommend them and use them again if needed.

Not only are Collision Clinic very professional, they go above and beyond for their customers.
While my vehicle was in the garage awaiting to be repaired, I realized that I had left keys in my car. Not only did Collision Clinic retrieve my keys for me, they did so after hours when their facility was actually closed and returned them to me same day.

In the past month I have visited Collision Clinic on Topsail Road TWICE. Yes, just bad luck. Each visit, I left completely satisfied. The process was easy and efficient. I was able to drop off my car, pick up my rental on the stop and arrive at work on time. They were very fast in getting my vehicle back to me and the complimentary cleaning is great. Every one at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Great place to go however I hope that I do not have to return.

Extremely professional customer service, went out of their way to accommodate. We have had work completed twice in the past year. Both times the work was completed with absolute quality workmanship.... Both vehicles were returned to us in show room condition after a complementary detailing, really nice job... we would highly recommend.
