Quick self guided tour through one of the oldest houses in Canada. It's a really unique and fascinating experience. They have stripped away parts of the walls and floor to showcase how houses were built, which is very cool. You can learn all about the house's history, and see the painted room with the original murals that were painted on the walls.

A truly unique experience. 0ne of the oldest buildings in Annapolis and Canada. On Saturdays you can watch old tools brought to life.

Loved it! Worth the time to visit. The building is quite old and they have the walls opened to view the different construction methods over it's lifespan. Enjoyed the information presented by the people running the show. There's an Acadian connection to the building including murals.

This is without a doubt one of the most brilliant of any historic place that I have ever seen. I must add that I am from Philadelphia and there is not a historic house or museum that touches this. The Sinclair is small and so well done but the brilliance is in their basement. You take a few narrow steps down to a small bench and there you sit while there is a screened reenactment of all of the previous owners. The image is absolutely ghost real....within seconds the images are truly standing in the corner of that low exposed basement telling their stories. I will never forget this most intimate history lesson. Unique.
