As a social work student, the team at Mindhous Wellness welcomed me with open arms this past summer in a safe, non-judgemental environment. Ashley, Faye and Sarah have a nurturing, supportive approach when delivering services. I have personally witnessed the positive, trusting relationships that have been built within Mindhous Wellness and highly recommend the services that are being offered.

Dr. Ashley Spinney has the incredible ability to remind yourself you are loved, valued and worthy of self love. She helped me overcome a difficult time in my life and helped remind me to value myself. I would highly recommend her services to anyone and everyone.
