Last year Clean Water Specialists installed a new water softner in our home following a look at our 21 year old system and presented us with repair vs replacement options. We opted for replacement given the age of our system which took place the following day. Since that time there has been no issues until recently when the unit started to flash a message advising time to service, apparently a built in feature. Arrangements made and Dan arrived to complete the service. No issues other than routine maintenance, Dan was prompt, professional, and as my wife says "a very nice guy"!! Keep up the great work Clean Water Specialist!!
