Grumpy Appliance Repair

I was babysitting at my son’s house for a week and when opening the cupboard over the stove, a jar slid out and landed on the cooktop. It smashed a huge hole in the top. I was devastated. I googled a repair business in the area and they were so good. Ordered the part and came and replaced the cooktop within a couple of weeks. Thanks for your prompt and professional response. This grandma is more than happy with your service.

The owner saw me walk into a local hardware store carrying a washer hose on a Sunday. He told me you won’t find that hose here. He drive me to his shop on a Sunday and opened it on his day off and provided me with a hose to complete my repairs. I practically had to convince him to take payment for the item. Excellent customer service and helpful on his day off.
