Brown's Guest Home Bed & Breakfast

Beautiful clean old home with a lovely hostess. Breakfast was not hot but what it lacked in its offering it made up for by being served on and with beautiful old dishes, cutlery etc. Mrs Brown was very accommodating and lovely to deal with.

This is a fantastic place to stay! The bed is comfortable, the interior is stunning and the hosts are very friendly. The breakfast was highly delicious and it is in a great location. I shall return!

My husband and I stayed here in August 2018 for two nights. It was a delightful start to our holiday as Nancy and Deane were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was bright and attractively decorated and the shared bathroom was tidy and clean. Nancy had a delicious breakfast waiting for us in the morning. Amherst and area is full of interesting history and close to some of Nova Scotia's well-known attractions.

Beautiful house that showcases the old architecture and furniture. Nancy is a wonderful host. beds were wonderful.
For breakfast there was a full spread of choices to choose from.
Would highly recommend visiting!

I recently stayed one night at Brown's guest home. The house was immaculate and the owner's attention to detail was very impressive. There was a small bowl of delicious fruit on cute place settings ready for us at breakfast as well as an assortment of pastries. It was a cozy, homey place which is exactly what we were hoping for. It was also very cheap!
