Second service with Taylor Ford and superb service yet again. Special shout out to my service advisor, Katie, for going the extra mile to ensure my vehicle received top notch service. On my first visit, she noticed I was working on my laptop in the customer waiting area and was gracious enough to allow me to work at an unused desk so I would be more comfortable. Hard to find that kind of customer service, very pleased.

Good services went for an oil change and a issue both were done and another problem was rectified at the same time. Very good people service, salesman always took the time to stop and chat to make sure everything is ok

Got my truck running properly again. Very honest, promptly called when they said they would and discussed all repairs before acting! Great service.

They helped me with everything I needed, was patient and thorough with the details and stuff that I was using with the car. Really friendly and easy to talk too
