Gerard was amazing! He took a simple conversation regarding our needs and knocked it out of the park with a full day session. The energy in the room was palpable, and that was all thanks to him!

Took a Leadership Excellence course from Barefoot. It was supposed to be offered in person however it was changed to virtual due to the local situation (Omicron). Gerard did an excellent job adapting this course to a virtual environment. Was very engaging throughout, and the material was great. Would definitely attend another course offered by Barefoot!

Fantastic program! Barefoot Facilitation offers a personal and professional touch while engaging you in various types of learning. I have learned so much by way of adapting and improving my leadership style(s) with the help of their training and found so much joy taking part of the training sessions as well.
