They have found excellent tenants, who pay on time and keep the property in good condition. There is an annual survey of the maintenance needed, and the home is kept in good condition. TreePad has an interesting and new property management model, that works! Thanks to Holli and Libby and Josh, and all the team at TreePad. You have made my life so much easier.

Our new account manager is just as amazing. Excellent service, responsive and professional. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend TreePad.
