Tony has been excellent throughout our home inspection process. Tony promptly emailed a very detailed report but also went above and beyond taking the time to chat with me on the phone and walk through these sections breaking things down for me as a first time home buyer.

We also had a bit of a hiccup not having the key to shed for the inspection at the time of the appointment - Tony came back out weeks later with very last minute notice with no hesitation at all.

Tony is very reputable and knowledgeable - absolutely would recommend!

I contacted Tony to do air quality testing at my house. He did such a good job! He also replied to my email on a Saturday evening and I was not expecting that. He is very knowledgeable and polite and has a great, positive attitude. I definitely recommend him and will use his services again.

Tony went above and beyond (literally) to conduct our home inspection conducted in Mahone Bay in January 2022. It was -15 C outside that day and Tony was very well prepared.

He showed up at least 15 minutes in advance to get his equipment ready. He was very flexible with the schedule.

Tony took the time to walk us through the process, educate us about the specificities of our home and explain his observations. I will definitely refer to his report as my home user guide in the future.

For example; I had no idea that our fireplace was equipped with a damper that we need to open/close before/after use. Or that the chimney had a an access at the back for easy cleanup.

Tony was equipped with the right gear; Tony inspected the roof with what I'd define as "the longest selfie-stick I have never seen" for lack of a better word. He estimated the age of our roof, inspected the flashing of the chimney, etc. All this supported with colored pictures in the 42 pages report received THE SAME DAY in the evening. Tony also had an infrared device to monitor warm air (and find potential holes).

Tony had annotated the pictures to illustrate the report. Which we found extremely useful as non English native speakers.

Tony took the time to explain everything as he did our home inspection. He was very thorough and provided a detailed inspection report 24 hours later. He also runs a report to ensure there are no recalls on any of your appliances which I did not expect! Tony has a great personality and I would highly recommend him.
