Every time when I drive a family member to the Halifax airport, or pick up a family member from the Halifax airport, I buy lobster from Clearwater. Their lobster is to die for and it is very cheap compared to Moncton and Shediac. After all, you have done the drive, why not reward yourself with hard shell Canadian lobster?

Ability to purchase live lobster to bring home is a luxury. The only thing I was shocked was the price of the packaging box is the same as a lobster! The staff should advice the pricing or it should be posted somewhere, so customer won’t be surprised.

Ability to buy lobsters before boarding. Can be carried as carry-on. They will give you "frozen peas" so it will keep a few hours. They also sell thermal bags. In addition to lobsters, they also sell frozen clams, shrimp, and snow crab. Brought two lobsters home and they were really delicious.

It’s awesome to be able to buy and eat lobsters at the Halifax airport! Had my first lobster 🦞 this year while waiting for my flight. Excellent and speedy service. They do a great job on the packaging as well. Had the lobster tails and some smoked salmon for lunch/dinner while waiting for my flight. The pairs of lobster tails were only $10.50.

Picked up some fresh lobsters here at the Halifax airport before catching my flight home. They have both live and cooked lobsters as well as other seafood. They package your seafood for you so that you can breeze through security and carry it on the plane with you. The process was quick and easy and staff were friendly. My lobsters remained fresh and alive until I got home and cooked them the next day. The packaging also includes cooking instructions and how to remove the meat from the lobster. I would highly recommend Clearwater Seafoods.
