  I was always a very active person, but after I had kids, It became very hard to fit exercise in my schedule. Five years after, I knew I needed to make time to exercise, but I didn’t know where to start. In a conventional gym, nobody ever really showed me how to use the machines properly and I always felt lost. Even though I was a little intimidated to try crossfit, I decided to give it a try. The discovery program was great, I was able to learn all the movements properly before taking my first crossfit class. When I started the classes, I met great people and felt included right way! The coaches at Crossfit Basinview are always very supportive and always make sure you don’t feel lost! I look forward to every class! And even when it’s harder to get out of bed for that 6am class, I am always so glad I did! Come and try it for yourself!

  Awesome crossfit box! A real sense of family and community: I am in my early 40’s and really find the gym welcoming, friendly, and accepting of all people! Highly recommended!

  Love it here! Great coaches, small class sizes, super friendly members. Programming is always changing and keeps you engaged and interested. Lots of focus on proper form, crushing goals, and having fun. Say goodbye to Goodlife!

  A huge gym and everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive. I know when I go I'm going to get a workout. It's a great team atmosphere that makes it enjoyable.
