(February 15, 2018, 12:06 am)I’ve been going to this gym for about 5 months. I cannot say enough good things about the other members, coaches, owners. You will not find a more open, welcoming and supportive environment. Everybody, no matter their current level of fitness has a place at Osprey!

I can honestly say it warms my heart to see how much the entire family has been encouraged and welcomed by this very positive crossfit family! We continue to improve our level of fitness. Just join!

If you are at all curious about what Crossfit has to offer, but you're a bit intimidated to try it- DON'T BE! Everything is scalable and doable for any/everybody! After I did my on-ramp "pre-flight" training, I felt ready but nervous to join an actual class. As soon as I did- I immediately felt at home and in the capable hands of helpful coaches. Come check Osprey Athletics out- you'll be so glad you did!
