On The Wedge Gourmet Pizza

Completely caught off guard by how good their pizza is! I hesitated on getting it in the past and now I'm hooked!

Excellent pizza and a great variety of options; some really creative pies here! Service is always reasonably quick and friendly, especially during the lunch rush. I would strongly recommend both the Chicken Caesar and Carnivore pizzas. Both absolutely chock full of flavour and texture. These folks know how to make a proper pizza and it really is worth the price.

The only downside (which is a pretty small one) is that I do find some of their individual slices a bit "tough" in spots, likely from sitting out for awhile. That's really the only negative I can come up with though! Great spot, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent pizza with a unique variety of toppings. Portions are generous. Staff is always friendly and courteous. The only downside is the use of a conveyor-belt style pizza oven. It doesn't provide the same taste or heating as a typical pizza oven. Also, they sell a chicago-style pizza which is not even close to a deep dish. But, overall, the Wedge is delicious and certainly worth a visit.

Best pizza in town. Price per portion is high but you need to remember that this is not your typical run of the mill pizza shop. Your getting a very gourmet slice of pizza with some incredible flavours and ingredients. It feels more like a meal then just a "slice of pizza".

I believe the size of the slices here were chosen to appeal to a large demographic of people. For me it's too small of a slice, and I always end up buying a second one but for your average person I'm sure it's just the right amount. I end up leaving either hungry or with too much food.
