(June 13, 2018, 11:59 pm)Dr. Isis Dawood is the best family doctor I’ve had. She listens and genuinely care about her patients. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. That’s why I find it hard to absorb negative comments and unreasonable complaints. Some walk-in patients would make a scene and wouldn’t stop complaining for apparently waiting “too long”. First of all, it’s a walk-in clinic, and like any other clinics, it’s a given fact that you have to wait. Patients with appointments come first. Some people don’t understand this. A little consideration, understanding and most of all patience, it is what most people lack, (they need to have themselves checked for this too). If there’s a cure for being rude, impatient and less-mannered then, Yes, please add that to your “concern” list.

(March 19, 2018, 8:00 pm)Dr. Dawood is incredible. The most kind hearted and genuine person you could meet. I've known her as my doctor for the past 12 years. She takes the time to listen and address all of your concerns. Yes, maybe not the fanciest clinic setting and not a lot of seating in the waiting area, but SO worth it to be able to feel 100 percent comfortable in her presence.
