I have had many experiences and have been provided many opportunities to grow and expand my career into what it is today! We have become quite a large family. Lawrence Conrad has been a mentor but most of all has become a part of my family and a very close friend. He has always provided me with guidance and direction to aid in my successes. The company as well as Lawrence has always fostered growth for individuals and invests time into those willing to learn and grow, going that extra mile to ensure his staff achieve their goals and doing what he can to see them off into successful law enforcement careers!
We are not perfect but are always improving, learning and educating ourselves and our staff!!
Been here for a few years now, It's a great company to work for. Very flexible schedule if you need certain days off for school and or family matters that may occur at any time. Having kids myself it makes things a lot easier to work for people who are family oriented and are understanding when it comes down to my children if I need time off when they are sick they will do what it takes to fill shifts so you don't have to worry aboUT your job and can focus on your kids.
