Metro Self Storage

I drove over after work to look at storage unit sizes. I called ahead of time to check that was okay. I explained the GPS was telling me I would get there in 40 minutes (about 8 minutes before closing) but I just wanted to check a storage room size in person. The call ended fine with the agent suggesting I get there as early as possible.

However, when I arrived at the time predicted, another agent said I could not see the storage room as I was too late. I explained about the call and the 40 minute drive but she remained adamant I was too late.

Thankfully, another helpful member of staff overheard (possibly a manager) and took over. She showed me the storage room, quoted me a price and was otherwise very good to interact with. The whole interaction took 6 minutes and I left with what I needed before closing. I would give 5 stars but for the unhelpful agent who tried to send me away when I arrived.

I've dealt with a few different storage companies across Canada over the years. You are not going to find a more helpful and accommodating staff than the group who run Metro Self Storage. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Save yourself the headaches of the other companies. Use Metro.

Beautiful facility and super nice staff!

Very clean, new, secure facility. I wish we didn't need it but at least their price includes all extras, like a lock and insurance (other storage places charge extra for these items). Locally owned and operated too.
