I'm from Alberta and she helped me get my car insured on the same day i called. As a new driver and new car owner, i really appreciate that Katie took her time to walk me through the different insurance coverage and explained it in a manner that i would understand better. She was very patient, genuine and kind as I had MANY questions. Thank you :) -
