Keri Was Excellent & Prompt In Replacing My Lenses. I Called My Optician's Office Where I Bought My Glasses & Was Told It Would Be Minimum 7 Business Days To Have New Lenses Made. Vogue Optical Was Able To Replace My Lenses & Have My Glasses Back To Me The Same Day, I Would Highly Recommend Vogue Optical For Any Service Or New Sales, We Will Be Back Again When My Wife Needs New Glasses, Thanks So Much!

I dropped in with my daughter to get her glasses. Even though it was near closing time, the staff were welcoming and attentive (but not hovering like they are in some stores, which drives me crazy). When they found out my daughter is leaving town soon, they offered to make every effort to have them ready before she leaves. I was fully prepared to have to mail them to her!

They have a really terrific selection of frames, as well. My daughter’s looked in several large cities and didn’t find “the ones” until her visit here.

Incredible courteous service. We had Michele. She was very thorough . She assisted with my husband's glass preferences even when she explained he was needing a thick lens. She helped to find the perfect style that suited him. She took her time and assured all our questions were answered . Great service.
