  We connected with Susan for the purchase of our home in Dartmouth. She made the daunting task of relocating provinces, and finding our perfect family home a breeze.
  
  She would respond to our e-mail's, calls, and texts very quickly. The communication on her end was above, and beyond what you would expect. Susan frequently sent us homes with our want list in mind, and made our one day in Nova Scotia to view houses a dream. On our day to view, she had the day completely planned out; right down to the time for lunch breaks. We were able to seamlessly view all of the homes on our list in one day. All of our concerns and questions regarding the homes we looked at were answered that day, as well. Once we narrowed down the home we wanted to offer on, she was a great sounding board. Her experience at the offer phase was evident. We had FULL confidence in our offer and conditions based on Susan's insights. We were able to purchase a home that was absolutely perfect for our family, thanks to Susan.
  
  When the time came to move out of province again for work, we sought out Susan again, this time as our listing agent. We were as equally impressed, if not more so nine years later. She came to the listing appointment well researched, and fully prepared to list our home. There were no concerns, or hesitations on our part after meeting with Susan again. The sale of our home was the easiest real estate transaction we had ever had, and we have had plenty. The closing went off without a hitch, and there were no surprises as Susan had communicated every step of the way.
  
  I can confidently say; Susan Eldridge, makes purchasing and selling a home painless. I dare say she was able to make experience even enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend Susan as a buying, and listing agent to anyone in the Halifax region.

  Susan is full of energy and no matter how anxiously are to find a house or sell your house, she can do her best to make it happen... she used to send us updates all the time and we saw zillions of houses lol until we found the one! Then the negotiation started and she was so good because our seller had better offer but she made us win the house with her determination, professionalisms and locality.
  Susan is our friend now because she lives the experience with her clients and it is never because of the money .. very humble, smart and productive and ethical ..any houses we visited and she used to tell us all the positive and negative of the house .. if you want a positive and fun experience you need to work with Susan, you will never regret it
