  this store is awesome. I have been a customer of theirs for 2 years now and use them exclusively for my repairs. they allways take care of me and I have never had a problem. Wayne the service advisor is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful people I have had the pleasure to know.

  I purchased from break pads to replace on the car. Gave the kids in the auto department the specks and the came back with the pads I needed. Got home...took everything apart only to find they provided the inccorect pads. Had to button everything back up only to go back and get the right parts for the job. Customer service was ok. However, lacking in other areas such as understanding what model car you have and producing the right break pads for replacement. Took a half a day to do a less than 2 hr. Job. Is very frustrating to waste time like this... better training may be needed for the young lads working in the parts department perhaps! Will consider where I go for parts next time...

  I had great service in both the automotive department and at the check out. The young man in automotive came right over to see if I needed help finding the correct bulb for my car. The young lady at the check out was well trained, more than most young kids would be trained for sure. It made my time shopping very enjoyable.

  Liam was having a hard time with a vendor coupon and he was the only cash open, lots of staff around though, nobody helping. Customers started lining up, he called for Hailey, she never showed. He called over to Bobbi Lynn at customer service, who was doing a task, and she rudely snapped back at him. He continues to try and work through his issue, calls Hailey again because she didn't show up, he then asks Bobbi Lynn for help again and even ruder, she snaps back, a customer interjected with a politer tone. When she was finally done she opened another cash. I stayed in liams line because through all that BS, he remained calm and professional, not like Bobbi Lynn.

  This is a great store. Ample parking and helpful staff. A really good selection of auto repair parts in addition to polish etc. Garden center is not large but we'll stocked. You can also order online and pick-up in-store. Convenient.
