I love the Vets here. They have always been compassionate and caring in the 11 years I’ve been taking my pets there. Recently, however, I had my dog in for his annual checkup and vaccines. I was asked to come back in a couple of weeks for an additional vaccine that couldn’t be given on that date. It was the week before Christmas and I forgot to call and make an appointment. The staff didn’t contact me to book anything even though the printout for the visit indicates a return appointment is required. When I remembered about it and called I was three weeks past the first appointment and was told the only way I could get the vaccine was to pay $51 for an exam because the last appointment was more than 2 weeks prior. This wasn’t an elective appointment. It was one requested by the clinic and at no point did anyone tell me if I went past 2 weeks of the first appointment I would be required to pay for an additional exam. To me this amounts to nothing more than a cash grab. I’m very disappointed and am considering changing clinics.

The staff is incredibly friendly. My dog is always excited to come here.

Our cats always get great treatment from the team at Eastern Shore. Dr. McKay was sweet with our two calicos yesterday and Dr. Forgeron was amazing today with our most recent rescue, who she has treated since we first brought him indoors when he was quite literally climbing the walls trying to escape.

They are wonderful. Always friendly and take the time to help with whatever you need. My Dogs and Cats, are well cared for and we always leave feeling much better. Thanks Staff!

We absolutely love this vet clinic. Over the years I've been to a few and this is my fav. The staff and our Dr takes the time to go over everything... to ask how we are and engage with interest. We are excited to bring future members of our family to a place we trust and loves our dogs????????????
