    Great playground with railroad theme.
Cornwallis statue has been removed. He was not a nice man. Do not know details.

Great place for kids to play on equipment. I don't like the fact that the statue of Edward Cornwallis has been taken down.

Nice little park to relax in downtown. Too bad the statue of Edward Cornwallis was taken down to placate a minority segment of the population who are nothing but petty and jealous of European accomplisments because they couldn't measure up to or contribute to anywhere close to what the British did . If they dislike colonialism so much, why do they use all the inventions and creations made possible by it. Also, the only reason Cornwallis went after the Micmac, was because Micmac attacked a civilian sawmill outpost over in Dartmouth and slaughtered colonial men, women and children. So of course Cornwallis was going to retaliate against an unprovoked attack on his people. Wouldn't have been much of a leader if he didn't.

Great little playground with swings and slides and a neat set that resembles a train. The ground is a soft rubber that does heat up on hot days so bare feet become impossible. There's no water fountains either so make sure to bring some since there's so much to do, kids tend to want to stay extra long.

Nice park to hang out in. Great play ground for all ages. Class to everything you need, would be a great afternoon our for lunch you bring it pick up from a closer by place or even the grocery store. We went in a rainy day and people were still out enjoying.
