If you want to feel better see Adam. Where physio failed me Osteo has improved my quality of life greatly. Adam is professional and very knowledgeable. I can’t not say enough about Up and At’Em Osteopathy. A definite five stars!

Adam is the consummate professional who combines his dedication to upgrading his skills with delivering first-time service in the clinic. His practice combines the quiet manipulations with clear commentary on what he is doing and why. A+ service.

Adam has been my go-to therapist for four years now! I started seeing him regularly to keep my body healthy once I started CrossFit! Sometimes I needed him because of pain here and there, but most of the time I would get a treatment just to keep my body in check! I always felt better after getting a treatment from Adam.

One of the things I love about Adam is that he doesn't mind the fact that I always ask a lot of questions about the muscles he's focusing on, as I love to understand how the human body works, and so he always takes the time to explain the intereactions between the various muscles!

This man is nothing short of a miracle worker!!

I suffer from fairly chronic back pain from years and years of working on my feet. I would often wake up multiple times throughout the night because the pain was so intense and then I met adam. Meeting Adam was a fluke as my regular therapist was on vacation. I would see a therapist 1-2 times A WEEK just to make the pain manageable.

Our first massage appointment he spent the time getting to know my body, my pressure points, where I suffered most and I from that moment I was hooked. The relief that normally lasted a few good days became a solid week and before I knew it, I was able to go bi weekly then monthly and now I go when I really need him and he provides me with exercises to do on my own in between

Don’t get me wrong, we all love massages, but this was so much more than a relaxation massage for me. Adam gave me my freedom back. My freedom to wake up and not hunch over and wince in pain. Adam is not only an amazingly talented massage therapist but a true gentleman, extremely knowledgeable about his craft and incredibly passionate about his work. One of my favorite things about Adam is also his flexibility. He’s available evenings as well as daytime which is a life saver for my all over the place schedule. His accommodation is invaluable

I HIGHLY recommend you book your apt with him ASAP

A friend from work had recommended for me to contact Adam as he had a sports injury from his early teens (he is now in his 30’s) that always held him back, especially at the gym. He’s tried different chiropractors, acupuncture, and a massage therapist for relief but nothing was really keeping his pain away for longer than a few days. After visiting Adam he said that he finally feels “normal” again after all these years. After being diagnosed with chronic facet joint syndrome in 2017, being painful to some degree has become my new normal, so with this recommendation I had to at least try! I contacted Adam and he got back to me very quickly, we discussed what I was looking for and he got me booked in for a consultation. We talked about my history and the pain I was having, not once did I feel uncomfortable or like he was talking over me. He was very patient and really seems like he has a passion for what he does. He took the time to bring up diagrams showing me what the bones in my spine were actually doing and why they were so painful (In the past I was just told what I have, and not how or why). It has only been my second 90 minute session with Adam and I already feel like I have reclaimed my body for the first time in years! No more searing shoulder and neck pain!! I can’t believe it. He also gave me some light, quick stretching exercises to do at home as well, which are easy enough to do at home or at work. I can’t thank him enough, I work in veterinary medicine so I work long hours that are strenuous to my body, after my sessions with Adam I am definitely feeling better towards the end of my shifts!

I would recommend him to anyone !
