I had tried getting this hjnge replaced at three other stores and I felt like an inconvenience at every one of them. They all told me "we can't help you and don't have any suggestions on who can"
When I went to fireside... They were extremely personable and helpful. They found me a replacement part and thanked me for coming in. The part only cost a couple bucks.
This may seem like a small gesture, but having a company actually care and be personable is huge for me. I like giving my money to a company that actually cares about the people who walk through their door and not just about my wallet
We will be redesigning our kitchen next year and will definitely be visiting Fireside to see what they can offer
