After our sump pump failed us during a storm we decided to called Kyle's to get a new system, with a battery back up!
Kyle's crew was fast, efficient, kind and the final product is so clean and neat compared to our old system.
We had a little hiccup with the first rainfall after installation but Kyle's was quick to respond and came out to fix it asap.
Would highly recommend them for your basement needs!

Kyle VERY generously came on a Sunday to do an assessment in order to ensure that work could be completed quickly. He gave me a very fair and reasonable quote for the work, which was exactly accurate upon completion. His crew were on-time, extremely efficient and SO clean. They left the basement even cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend this company!

Have been working with a lot of contractors trying to fix issues with our 100+ year old house, and Kyle has by far been the best to work with. He has done two separate jobs for us (injecting cracks and then a full interior drain and sump pump system), and both were done exactly as described for the price provided. His crew was top notch, friendly, and clearly working hard the whole time they were here. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Kyle came out to quote promptly after contacting the company. The crew showed up early, were extremely friendly, and started work right away. I swear they left my basement cleaner than they found it! I had an old sump pump removed and patched, new sump pump and well installed, and a foundation crack repaired. All looks good. If any issues arise I have full confidence these guys will be there for after install support.

Kyle's Basement Waterproofing helped us fix a crack in our foundation. They provided an accurate estimate and quoted a reasonable price for the work. Communications were also great - I had a good idea of what to expect. The day of the repair, their crew showed up on time and were incredibly professional.

We had a small miscommunication, which was nobody's fault (turns out there was a second crack close to the one I had hoped to have repaired that was only visible behind the drywall which the crew mistook for the one I had asked to have filled), but they were very gracious and returned and made the originally scheduled repair, which was covered as part of the original estimate. Overall, I'm very pleased with the work and wouldn't hesitate to come back for more repairs in the future.
