The two gentlemen who came to my house were prompt, same day service, and very knowledgable. They explained what they were doing at every step and also gave me good advice for the future. I was very anxious to get the problem resolved and they did their very best. I am 100% happy with their service as well as the way they presented themselves. Grateful for a job well done!

I just got hot water tank replaced by mr. Rooter plumbing. Technician (Rick) did a great job with the replacement; he was very respectful. I was pleased with their service. They were fast and responsive

Saturday evening at 6 pm on a halloween weekend our 27 year old submersible pump in our drilled well went into retirement. No water in house. Panic sets in. Called Mr. Rooter and left a call back number. Within 5 minutes received a call from Dave who after a short conversation agreed to come to our house by noon Sunday. Sunday noon arrives and so does Dave. After a quick check to confirm that indeed the pump had gone into retirement Dave proceeded to do the repairs necessary. By 4 pm Sunday he had installed a new pump and pressure tank and water was restored. He had all the parts necessary which took a lot of fore thought just from our quick Saturday conversation. Even before he commenced the repairs he provided a quote for the work that needed to be done. There were no surprises other than the seniors discount which I was not expecting !

Excellent service! I called Mr. Rooter to fix a clogged kitchen sink. They scheduled a technician to come by the next evening. The technician, Mike Webber, called in the morning and said he was available to come over that morning if I was around so I wouldn't have to wait all day. He had the clog completely fixed and had everything cleaned up in little to no time. He was very professional and gave me some tips on how to prevent further clogs and keep the pipes clean. This is the second time I've called on Mr. Rooter and I've been very happy with their service.
