Although accompanied with new tires they had unfortunately been painted over with thick, heavy automotive paint. This included overspray on the tires themselves. Despite some age related marking, all 5 rims and tires now look brand new. Jim was able to clean them in a short period of time and at a reasonable rate. More than happy with his work!
