I have had previous bad experience with the Source in Goderich Ontario and said that I would never buy at any of their stores again. The friendliness and helpfulness at this store in Enfield changed my perspective. You just won back a client. Great client service goes a long way

James however investigated and replaced my Sim Card now the phone is working again. He was very knowledgeable and helpful I knew what was going on and what my options were if the Sim Card was not the faulted component.
