(January 23, 2016, 11:38 pm)I just opened a bottle of Salsa verde --absolutely scrumptious! Beautiful kale for making green winter salads I wont ever have to buy foreign lettuce again! The secret is to cut it fine with herb scissors; mix in moontide carrots kohlrabi and a little apple. Any kind of dressing with a smidgen of maple syrup will do?
