Got a good deal on a new power saw. Friendly courteous service.

Last year I brought my chain saw to be serviced because I had a hard time to start it. Two days later the technicians had cleaned it and it worked like a charm. When I was about to pay they said they hadn’t changed anything, so I didn’t have to pay. I was quite impressed and gave a $ 20.00 tip for the guy who did the work.
So when I decided to buy a new telescopic hedge-trimmer it was only natural that I go to Green Diamond where I had such a pleasant experience. Definitely a 5 star rating!

This fall we bought a tractor for snow removal. We didn't just get great customer service, but Bob went above and beyond for us , from day one he advised us on the machine we would need, he then made sure we knew exactly how to run it for the snow removal we needed. We got also got follow up again before a storm advisory. He made sure our tractor was running properly and that we were ready and knew how to operate our machine. I could not be happier with our customer service and quality of equipment purchased! I highly recommend!
