Steele Valley Chevrolet Buick GMC

Just purchased a new vehicle. Great people and great service. Due to Covid, they made a video of the vehicle and sent it to me.

Purchased a SUV there, nice sales folks to deal with.

I bought my car here from Trevor & Aaron in August of 2020 - they were able to get me EXACTLY the vehicle that I wanted, and were quite efficient! Communications were open the entire time and I was kept informed if there were to be any delays etc.

Now that the car has arrived, I am enjoying it! There was a bit of a "blip" with the registration I received - still in the dealers name, but I sent a text to Trevor and within the day he had picked it up and gone out to Access NS to switch it for me! I (finally) went and picked this up at the dealership and didn't have to remit any additional payment.

Additionally I was called as I had made an OVERPAYMENT and they had a cheque for me!

Trevor and Aaron were fantastic to deal with. We will be in the market to upgrade in a few years and this experience has made me confident that Steele Chevrolet in New Minas will be the first dealership that we approach.

(Another dealership locally was unable to get the vehicle I wanted, so I am very pleased with this transaction!)

A one year warranty on body work, one year and a month after, "too bad, so sad, keep it muddy." Owner couldn't even be bothered to see me, staff are at least pleasant. Not a friendly business, not very neighborly.

If a 65,000 km warranty failed on 65,001 km.. not many people would buy that.

Live and learn I guess, sadly won't be back, taking recommendations on mechanics that care about people.

1 star cause I like the staff. Not their fault.

Edit: was contacted, offered to pay for half. Better than nothing.
