what a peaceful stay! the owners were so lovely and hospitable, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was perfect. will definitely be staying here anytime i visit the valley from now on!

Having recently moved to NS, I spent a few months enjoying approximately 6/7 of the wonderful B&B’s in Wolfville and area. Any trip to NS will always be a memorable experience. The sights, flowers, simplicity and people of NS are one of a kind. I was fortunate enough to enjoy, The Gingerbread House, and chose it as my favorite B & B in the area. Firstly, your hosts Brigitte & Beat will go out of their way to make sure your stay is the best, they will recommend places to eat, guide you in the right direction, prepare a not only delicious but beautiful breakfast every day. You must stay long enough to have the best Eggs Bennie ever. Since I spent a lot of time in this little gem, I stayed in all but one of the rooms. Every room it meticulously cleaned each and every day to the highest standards. Now that I have purchased a home here in NS, I will truly miss this lovely B&B. A must stay, where u can walk to restaurants, entertainment, pubs, sights, walking trails and the sheer beauty of NS.
