Paul was there ahead of our scheduled time and carefully walked me through every major (and minor) issue that could cause problems with my potential home purchase. Professional, organized, and my report was emailed to me at the end of our time together before I even shook his hand goodbye. Nice guy too.

The inspector was already at the property when we arrived and had already started his inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He provided us with a complete printed inspection report on site and then sent an electronic version to our email address as well. He was very open, honest and did not hide or talk down any possible issues he found.
